The raw material used for Repairs of Capacitors is from the world's for most Manufacturers of BOPP film, Aluminum Foil and Insulating Oil.
The repairs are carried out in a strict Quality Controlled Process & stage wise Inspection is carried out. All the capacitors are individually Routine Tested to comply fully with IS / IEC specifications. The Capacitor to be repaired is opened and the Capacitor elements are tested. The short elements are removed & New Capacitor elements made by Bi - axially oriented double side hazy electrical grade Polypropylene film & high purity Aluminum foil.
These elements are flattened, electrically tested & assembled in existing pack form, for re-soldering & electrical connections. After putting this pack in casing is subjected to a very high level vacuum, under which it is impregnated with Non - PCB electrical grade Insulating Oil. Then Repaired Capacitors are tested for leakage & Routine Tests.
The Repairs being cost effective and is approximately in about 40 % cost of basic price. Our experience in this field, our strict quality control & use of highly pure electrical grade material ensure to give us full guarantee of performance of New Supplied & Repaired Capacitors.
Manufacturing Facility / Process
Dry Element Testing & Pack Stacking
After Element winding These elements are flattened, electrically tested as per Standard norms & assembled in pack. To identify weak spots / pin holes in the Polypropylene film, each element is tested with DC voltage in dry pressed conditions
Soldering & Connection
After Stacking Pack Soldering, Copper Pipe Soldering & Connection is done with using highly pure Tin Zink & Tin Lead with Special Combination Percentage.
Fabrication
Fabricated Container is made with Aluminum Sheet with Standard / Customized Dimensions.
Tig Welding
Tig Welding is very Special process. After Soldering & Connection Pack is kept in Aluminum Fabricated Container. This Aluminum Container is Welded in this Special Process with Quality.
Vacuum Drying & Impregnation Process
After Heating Vacuum Drying Cycle High degree vacuum is generated & Capacitor is impregnated with Non - PCB electrical grade Imported Insulating Oil. This Process affect life of Capacitor.
Oven Test
Impregnated Capacitor is Kept In Oven for 3 Hours at 80oC. In this Process we check leakages of Capacitors.
Final Testing & Quality Check
After Oven Test all Capacitor are carried out final Testing as Per Standard IS with Quality check.
Packing / Dispatch
After Quality checking, QC Passed Capacitor is Packed very Carefully with bubble Raping Paper in Wooden Ply Box. Also Fumigation is Done for Wood / Packing Durability.
